🍂 As the crisp autumn air sets in, we naturally crave comforting dishes that can provide warmth. And guess what? It's precisely the purpose of this class: a unique French experience featuring delicious dishes hailing from Savoie and the famous Dauphiné region.
⚜️Savoyard Cordon bleu: Tender chicken breast stuffed with delicious melting French cheese and ham, breaded with nut flours.
⚜️Gratin Dauphinois (faux-potatoes) : Finely sliced turnip layers, cooked in a rich blend of cream and butter with a subtle touch of garlic. Of course, the dish is accompanied by a crisp salad dressed with a traditional French vinaigrette.
And I will have a surprise dessert ready for you 🍰
Language: this class will be taught in English but with an authentic French accent. How cool is that?
