Although gluten is primarily a protein, my experience in providing keto cooking coaching has taught me that a significant number of people are intolerant or allergic to it. In light of this, I have made the decision to create all of my recipes (over 500 in total) without gluten. My goal is to ensure that everyone can enjoy my creations without experiencing any pain or discomfort in their intestines.

Depending on the recipe, I can use allulose, stevia glycerite, erythritol, and Monk fruit.

Because they are diabetic-friendly, unlike all these sweeteners that elevate blood sugar: xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol, aspartame, acesulfame…

Some of them can be. If so, it’s clearly specified in the course description.

My recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, dairy, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with me before booking the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

It's crucial to select a class that is peanut-free. However, it's also essential to note that lupin beans belong to the same plant family as peanuts. Therefore, classes not labeled lupin-free may be unsafe for people with peanut allergies, like yourself.

To get ready for your French experience, you don't need to worry about dressing up in a beret hat or anything fancy. Just come as you are! For safety purposes, it's best to wear flat, closed-toe shoes. Don't worry about getting messy - I'll provide you with an apron to wear during the class.

I recommend arriving approximately 5-10 minutes prior to class.

Of course ! You’ll get recipes at the beginning of class so that you can follow along and write down your personal notes, and observations. You are welcome to take them home with you after class and try them.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend regular cooking classes.

  • « Parent-Child classes » are designed for an adult (not necessarily a "parent") and a child. The minimum age for children is 8.
  • « Date Night classes » are for adults aged 21 and older. These classes are designed for 2 adults (not necessarily a "date").

  • Demonstration class: I stand up in front of you and demonstrate how to cook the dish, and there is very little or no hands-on experience.
  • Hands-on class: you are cooking the menu, not just watching it being demonstrated.
  • Full experience: longer classes with a combination of demo and hands-on learning.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds due to the limitations of our small business.

However, if you inform us at least 1 week before your scheduled class, we can provide you with a credit note that can be used for another class of your choosing.

If you are unable to attend the class, you can transfer your ticket to a friend by notifying us at least 2 days before the class starts. Simply send us your friend's name and email address, and we will take care of the rest.

In case a class is canceled due to bad weather or any other reason, we will try our best to inform everyone before the class begins. We will give our guests a complete credit note that can be used for another class of their choosing.

Usually, we require at least three guests for a class, but some classes may need more enrollees. If the number of participants is low, we will inform everyone the day before class. In case we have to cancel a class because of a lack of enrollees, we will give our guests a complete credit note that can be used for another class of their choosing.
